Master alloy is a special alloy that uses a metal as a matrix and adds one or several elements into it to solve problems such as the element being easy to burn, having a high melting point and being difficult to melt into, and having a high density and easy to segregate, or to improve the properties of the alloy.
It is an additive functional material. Aluminum-based master alloy is a traditional product mainly used to adjust the composition of aluminum melt. It uses a melting method to combine some metal elements with higher melting temperatures to produce intermediates with aluminum.
The melting temperature of this intermediate is significantly lowered. , so that some metal elements with higher melting temperatures are added to the molten aluminum at a lower temperature to adjust the element content of the melt.
