According to the principle of electrochemistry, a cathode current is supplied from a magnesium alloy anode material body to a protected body such as a steel structure through an electrolyte such as soil or water, and the protected steel structure is cathodized to achieve cathodic protection. As the current continues to flow, the anode material is continuously consumed. This is the origin of the sacrificial anode name.
Scope of application:
Magnesium sacrificial anodes are suitable for cathodic protection of steel facilities operating in media such as soil, fresh water and seawater. The above magnesium alloy sacrificial anodes can also be assembled and supplied to customers. The bare anode is first connected to the cable and the connection is sealed with epoxy. The filler is then packaged in a cotton bag. In line with the concept of environmental protection, the products provided by our company are all recyclable or easily decomposed by the environment. Contains no toxic or hazardous substances.
Assembly configuration:
